I want to access RT from an external ip. I can get to the main landing page of the server but when i hit the rt link i get http://vubuntus/rt. Obviously this is not routable on the internet. Im green when it comes to apache2. How do i change this url to a FQDN rt.domain.com.
thanks
David

Hi David,
I don't think its your apache which is giving you the trouble...

Can you access the system via IP address?
Did you configure your router to both allow and forward ports 80 & 443 to your VubuntuS box?

thanks,
Jacob

P.S there are scripts which i have included in /etc/SystemManager to help easily change the systems IP configuration....take a look.
